Your serial key used to be sent to your email adress before. So first check your email archive for an email with subject “Your Xinaps Serial Key” from support@xinaps.com.
If you cannot find this email anymore, then use the following steps:
- Just reregister yourself as a new Xinaps user in the app when the activation screen pops up. Please use the same email address, and check your email (spam box) after.
- The serial key will then be resend to your email address. A serial key is always fixed to your email address.
