Certainly, yes, we can support all Revit features because Xinaps is a plugin working right inside Revit.

Reading data from linked models works instantly with all apps. Just saving data back to a linked model is simply not possible.
A central model is also 100% supported. Just saving back data to an elements which cannot be changed by you as a user is not possible if working with restricted worksets.
Design options are also supported. Xinaps instantly reads all data from the active design option which you selected below in Revit. Please bear in mind that certain view can be fixed to a certain design option, so number may differ.
