It's possible that you get an error when activating the app.

As a response to the activation, you will see "Activation failed"

Regarding the error, 


"Time out when logging in"

This means the application can not connect to our license server for some reason.
Please check your internet connection to our license server. You may be behind a secured internet connection.
You may set up your proxy servers, fire walls, anti virus, et al. to let Xinaps for Revit communicate with its online license server.

"Email not found"

The given email is not found in the database. Please try to register your email again by selecting the "No, register first" in the activation process.

"Serial Key not correct"

The given email is not found in the database. Please try to register your email again by selecting the "No, register first" in the activation process. An email with your Serial Key will be (re)sent to your email adress.

"License not found. Please purchase the app first"

Any license for the product you are trying to activate is not found. Please order the app on our website, or try to use the 30 day trial first.

"All seats of this license are already used"

It is not possible to activate Xinaps on more computers. You may already have activated the app on another computer(s) with your given email.
If you think you didn't have activated the app yet, please contact our helpdesk at support@xinaps.com.

"Request for trial license is not valid. You may have used this product before."

You may have already had a license for this product. We are sorry to inform you that you cannot use a trial license after you have had license before.

"Trial expired on .... Please purchase the app again"

Your 30 day trial is expired. We are sorry to inform you that you cannot extend your trial, as you can only use a 30 day trial on a computer with a given email once. 


"License expired on .... Please purchase the app again"

Your license is expired. You need to purchase the app again on our website, in order to use the app again.

"License is not active yet. The app can be activated after ..."

The product license has a start date somewhere in the future. So it's planned to become valid, therefore you cannot activate it now.
