Xinaps uses the following directory:
%programdata%\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\XinapsForRevit.bundle
where %programdata% commonly stands for C:\ProgramData
Within our appfolder you can find the following folders which configurates your Xinaps application:
- Report Templates, containing Word templates for all applications.You can change these templates according your own wishes, such as adding a company name and logo, and deleting result data.
- Settings, containing user settings for all applications. Each XML contains settings for a different application. You can change application settings in here as well, and you can share these files to your colleagues so they use the same settings.
- Revit Files, containing all the Revit files Xinaps uses. You may change these Revit files to fit with your own model style.
Please be careful not to rename one of these files or folders, or template names in the files contents, as a result some features may not work properly anymore.
If you have problems with updating to the latest Xinaps version, or with showing or deleting Xinaps at all, please check for any files inside below folders as well, as Revit addins can also be found in:
- %AppData%\Roaming\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins
- %AppData%\Roaming\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\yyyy, where "yyyy" stands for the year of Revit's version.
